Partial Knowledge

We are not given anything we can't handle. When we feel ill-equipped to meet a challenge this means we are within partial knowledge of the circumstances and not fully realized to the situation.  This should be obvious, however, what is not obvious is, that seeing the partial picture is the result of partial seeing -through the lens of an ego identification. Should one let go of the ego's identification(s) the full picture unfolds.

Fearing Death

One of the transformative elements of this process is, even while one does not know what happens after death, one's fear lessens the further one has let go of the ego. You realize you are not alien to what comes after. It is still a mystery that is unknown, however, fear lessens. Perhaps it is solely your ego that feels the fear.

The Protector is The Prisoner

When you let go of what feels like a protective measure (which you identify with / made a part of you), one you created from an early (real or perceived) trauma or abuse, you realize, and then can see clearly that to have continued on with the protection, even after the source is gone, you see that YOU were now the one holding yourself prisoner.  You have gone from protector to prisoner. And to be fully alive, it needed to be freed.

The Heart's Thank You

Saying Thank You because you truly feel it from the inside is an inevitable place of arrival in this practise. These moments only encourage one to dare to go on beyond everything one knows.

Mis-Identity

Why does the mind mis-identify?

the mind's perception is truly imperfect, starting with what it believes itself to be.
